By accessing, registering, or using any part of the situ88 platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other provided channel — you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

• Register only one account only — owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. situ88 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) to verify a member's identity. Documents that may be required include a national identity card, passport, bank statement, or recent proof of address.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the situ88 platform and may result in permanent account termination:

• Identity fraud or use of another person's personal information without authorisation.
• Money laundering or use of funds obtained through illegal means.
• Attempts to hack, intrude upon, or disrupt the systems and infrastructure of situ88.
• Player collusion at live game tables to cheat other players.
• Abuse of the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim promotions repeatedly.
• Making any unauthorised chargeback claims through a bank or payment provider.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time through situ88 customer support channels. Prior to closure, all outstanding rollover requirements must be fulfilled. Any valid remaining balance will be returned via the original payment method within 5 business days.

In the event of account termination due to a breach of terms, situ88 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds, winnings derived from misuse, and to reject any withdrawal requests related to the violating activity.
